Axxcelera Completes Acquisition of REMEC's Fixed Wireless Access Business

Axxcelera Adds 3.5 GHz ExcelAir(R) to Portfolio SANTA BARBARA, Calif., May 10, 2004 - Axxcelera Broadband Wireless, a Moseley Wireless Solutions Group Company and recognized global leader providing broadband wireless communications products and technologies, announced that it has completed an agreement with REMEC to acquire the assets, intellectual property rights as well as key employees of its Fixed Wireless Business Unit.
